Total: 50 minutes

 Ingredients:

​Blend...

  • oats 

  • ground flax seeds

  • coconut flakes

  • goji berries

  • sunflower seeds

  • banana

  • honey

  • almond butter

  • cinnamon

  • sprinkle of salt

Base:

  • honey + almond butter or dark chocolate

 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

  2. Combine all dry ingredients, then mix in the wet ingredients.

  3. Create your base by melting chocolate or mixing honey with almond butter.

  4. Spread the oat mixture over your base, making sure to press it down firmly to ensure it is well compacted.

  5. Bake for about 15 minutes.

  6. Once removed from oven, pack down the mixture again (**important for keeping the bars held together).

  7. Allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes.

  8. Transfer to freezer and chill for 25 minutes.

  9. Lastly, cut into bars (or whatever shape you desire) and enjoy!!
