CHOCOLATE CHICKPEA MOUSSE
Ingredients:
• 1 cup chickpeas
• 2 tbsp almond butter
• 2-4 tbsp honey (add more if you want it sweeter)
• 1/4 cup blended oats
• 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
• 4 tbsp water (for blending)
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 3 tbsp melted dark chocolate (melted)

Instructions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas well
Add chickpeas, almond butter, honey, oats, flax seeds, cocoa powder, and a dash of water all together to blender
Blend ingredients, adding water until smooth
Give the blender a quick shake in between blending
Transfer the mixture into a cup
Chill in freezer for 2 minutes
Top with chocolate chips
