A satisfying meal...
including both animal and plant protein, with just one ingredient swap to make it vegetarian.
Swap steak → handful of your favorite raw nuts, or fill the sweet potato with legumes (edamame, kidney beans) and quinoa

Ingredients:
1 brown rice cake
chickpea mash
1/2 cup chickpeas, 1 tsp tahini, 1 tbsp olive oil, dash of salt
1 scrambled egg
1 small sweet potato
3 oz steak tips
Instructions:
Mash chickpeas, tahini, and olive oil in a small bowl (add seasoning after)
Spread your chickpea mash on the rice cake
Scramble one egg in a pan
Cook sweet potato in oven for 15 minutes @ 350F /microwave for 2-3 minutes (check on it periodically)
Cook steak tips in a heated skillet (I cooked with ghee)
- Vegetarian option: Cook quinoa and edamame to fill sweet potato
**Option → sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of rice cake or sweet potato to add a cheesy flavor and small boost of protein
