Keeping this blog short and sweet.
If I'm keeping it real, we all run into those weeks where finding time to meal prep rice bowls and chicken wraps becomes difficult. So I thought I would share a meal/snack I make when I am in a crunch (seriously takes 5 minutes)

Mix yogurt & vanilla protein powder as the base (and no the plant protein does not taste grainy)

And of course, add your toppings such as...
Nut butter
Fruit
Dark chocolate
Seeds/nuts
Granola
Give it a try and customize it any way you like :)
