My morning non-negotiable before exercising...

FUELING.


Gone are the days of waking up with 10 minutes to spare, taking a few sips of water, and off I would go for a run.


I've recognized that although I did not crave food early in the morning, incorporating even small amounts of fuel could significantly benefit me. It not only helped me push harder in my workouts but also supported my energy levels throughout the day.


So I began to wake up 20 minutes earlier to give myself time to make a snack and eat before.


Below are some of my simple go-to's:


  1. Nut/seed butter stuffed dates

  1. Oats with granola + berries

  1. Banana + nut butter on rice cake

ree

  1. Bagel with nut butter

ree

  1. Protein bars

ree

  1. Granola/granola bars

ree

  1. Bread with honey
